Welcome Back to Blogging

Okay so I had a blog eighth grade through most of freshman year, and I loved it because all of my friends blogged. And right now I just spent the last twenty minutes reading one of my best friend's blogs, which as you may have guessed inspired me to put my old blog on private mode (trust me, you don't need to read about the drama of a 14 year old girl) and here I am. We will see how long this lasts and even if my life is interesting enough to keep a blog up.

I am leaving for college in the next month. Thirty-three days to be exact. Or thirty-two, depending on whether or not the Residence Hall lets me me move in a day early because I have camp for Marching Band starting on the 26. But I am getting ahead of myself. Sacramento State is my future thirty-three (or two) days from now. And honestly I'm scared as hell. I'm going to be a freshmen in a city that could not be more different than the one I have lived in the past 18 years of my life. And I am leaving behind friends that I had to work so hard to gain and a boyfriend who is moving to Utah for school. I might go crazy before I have a chance to unload the boxes into my new "home."

But until then I still have a little bit of summer left. I work for the town I live in as a day camp counselor for kids. I love it more than anything, even when I'm too exhausted to move after my six-hour day. But it's good money and I have watched some of these kids grow over the last five weeks or so...

Anyways, I think that is good enough for now. I have lists to make so I don't end up at school without sheets!
